1. How to order?

2. Can I mix items for one order?

    Yes, you can mix all items in the shop, we would offer you best prices for bulk order.

3. Can I have some discounts?

    Yes, You can. We would offer favourable discounts for all valued clients and hope long-term business. Please read Wholesale Policy for detailed informaiton.

4. What if my items are  unavailable?         

      If your item is just sold out after payment, and we need longer time to restock, we will send the rest items on time and refund your money for unavailable goods.

5. Will I pay customs duties for my order?  

     It depends on local importing policy; you can consult Customs in advance. Usually, we can split larger order into several smaller packages (2-3kg) by different shipping methods; you should be responsible to pay unexpected tax in your country.

6. How long will it take to reach me after payment?  

    It includes processing time (3-4 working days) and delivery time (7-30 working days) depending on destinations and shipping methods . We are not responsible if your address is not correct.

7. Return Policy

     If you want to exchange or return the items received, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt, and you need to pay the additional shipping fees incurred and items returned should be kept in their original package. After we get them back, we can send the exchanged items or refund your money as you request.

8. Product Quality

     We can gurantee that all products are High Quality, Brand New, and come with Manufacture's Warranty. What you see is what you get.

    Though we have made a great effort to make colors picture showing very close to actual goods, you may find a little visualization difference due to color deviation of each monitor settings.

    All sizes are measured by hand, there may be 1-2cm error of measurement.
